| Website Maintenance Website maintenance is so important, more important than design in many ways. This is only one way that free, template or instant websites fail because internet protocol is constantly changing and even one invalid script or link within your site can cause problems and work against you. Having someone to help find and resolve these issues as well as help keep your ranking moving upward, process any updates, add new content or even resolve issues with your hosting service provider is like having a part-time employee working for you.

| Website Hosting and Domain NamesThe most valuable part of internet presence is your domain name, always keep it safe and registered with a reputable domain name registrar. Website hosting is freely available, on average around $10 per month. What is important about your hosting service provider is, can they offer you what you need to achieve your goal? Are they reliable? How do you communicate issues and what is the turn around time for resolution. If they can satisfy you on those three, the last is how user friendly is their control panels? I use StartLogic, there has been a few hair raising experiences over the years, but for the money, I feel I am satisfied with the product. To me, they are user friendly and most of the issues that arise, I resolve myself. But they do offer both phone and online chat support. |
